Job Posting: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: $37-$42/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our innovative healthcare team. As part of this role, LPNs will provide in-home patient care, completing 4-6 visits daily. LPNs with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record will operate company ambulances, while those who do not drive will be partnered with a driver to assist with patient transportation.

This is an excellent opportunity to partner with our Healthcare Plan Partnership Program to address care gaps for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties:

  • Perform point-of-care tests (blood drop & nasal swabs run on-site).
  • Conduct bone density tests, EKGs, and proctored eye exams with specialized devices.
  • Administer eye dilations, fluoride varnish treatments, and non-complex wound care.
  • Draw blood for lab testing and ensure proper sample handling.
  • Facilitate video visits with providers.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and conduct comprehensive health screenings.

• Operational Duties:

  • LPN Drivers: Drive company ambulances safely and efficiently.
  • Non-Drivers: Partner with a dedicated driver for patient transportation and in-home care support.

Qualifications:

• Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Active LPN license in NY state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Proven proficiency in blood draws.

• Driving Requirements (For Drivers Only):

  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of clean driving history.

Schedule & Shift:

• Shift Options: 4x10 shifts starting at 8 AM or 10 AM.
• Weekend Availability: Strongly preferred for scheduling flexibility.
