Job Description

Responsibilities/ Job Duties: As a Medicare Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Medicare needs, providing guidance on various insurance options, and ensuring they make informed decisions regarding their healthcare coverage. All of our business is done over the phone. No in person meetings required. As an independent agency, we are aiming to grow our 10-99 remote team across the country with a focus on ensuring the Medicare population's healthcare needs are being met through plan and supplement coverage. We do this by creating genuine connections with clients which allows us to provide the best benefits for their individual needs.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

  • Can live in ANY state EXCEPT for CA or NY
  • Must have at least 1 Medicare Enrollment Period sales agent experience, 2024-2025 AEP highly preferred
  • Release from Past Employer required
  • AHIP Certification
  • Licensed in 5+ States Presently
  • Commitment to working 25+hours/week

Schedule/ Shift: As a 10-99, you will be able to create your own schedule and hours! However, inbound leads and calls will operate between 7:00am-3:30pm PST, M-F. You are able to work outside those hours and do outbound campaigns, SUN-SAT.

Additional Information

  • Commission Structure Breakdown - Will be discussed in an interview but is based on policies sold (increases the more you sell)
  • NO chargeback or clawbacks on policies
  • NO benefits will be provided, will need to get your own personal health plan coverage (including 401k or any additional insurance products)
  • You own your marketing so you can adjust as needed
  • Opportunities to sell on every type of plan
