Fully remote role but must reside in one of the following states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin

Pay - 25 an hour + commission

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Contract role for the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period

• Life and Health insurance license
• Must reside in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa or Wisconsin
• Strong phone presence
• Understanding of health insurance policies
• Outlook

Day to day:

Taking inbound calls from new members looking to enroll in either individual medicare or commercial insurance.

Current Members want to change their plans. They are not a scripted call center.

Licensure: Looking for individuals that already have a license. They need an active health license in their state.

System:

They are expedited to have very good use of their Microsoft dynamics system to document their phone calls.

Training: 3 weeks of training and then work into the phones and debrief.

Start Date:

9/9 or 10/7 for the open enrollment season

Contract role through December / January for the open enrollment season

Equipment - provided!

Internet requirements: Needs minimum of 25 MGB. Computer itself needs to be plugged into the ethernet cable via the router. You need to have a router that accepts an ethernet connection. Internet speed test required as well.
