Title - Licensed Enrollment Processor / Health Insurance Agent

*Must have an active health insurance license in FL and FFM Certification*

Pay rate - $22 to $24 an hour based on prior experience

Weekly pay, direct deposit, medical dental and vision insurance

Hours - Mon to Fri 9am to 5:30pm or Tues to Sat

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in a CRM tool, processors will review qualified lead forms, verify all data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Processor will enter enrollment information into HealthSherpa (Technology platform that specializes in Marketplace enrollment).
• If information is missing on lead forms, processors will make outreach attempts to gather missing or incorrect information.
• This is not a full "sales" role, but a percentage of the work is sales.
• They will eventually have part of their week be 3way CMS calling. No more than 20% of the role is sales. It is more of an inspection auditor role to enable accepted applications.

Skill Set /Experience Requirements-

• Active Health Insurance License in FL
• Client does business in the following states. Multi state licensure strongly preferred: FL, SC, GA, LA, TN, MS, KS, TX, OK, OH, IL

• Interested, and available to work in office Monday through Friday
• 3 way calling experience

• Salesforce experience
• Must have FFM Certification prior to start date

• 3 year of business experience
• Articulate, with excellent communication skills, including empathy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
