We are currently hiring for Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents to support this upcoming Open Enrollment season! Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

As a Licensed Enrollment Benefits Counselor, you will...

  • Answering benefits questions for all core products available to employees: medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and all voluntary and miscellaneous products.
  • ID card and general enrollment assistance
  • Finding in-network providers
  • Benefit administration login and password resets

**Additionally, Benefits Counselors will be expected to participate in the following training and become proficient in each area:

  • Client benefit programs and services
  • Call center technology and processes
  • Client benefit administration platforms

Education and/or Experience:

  • Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent in the States of: CO, CA, OH and IN
