Job Title: Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Location: McDowell Rd. & 39th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009 (on-site)
Schedule Expectations: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary Expectations/ Pay Rate or Range: $58,240-74,880/year

Job Responsibilities
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor, you will provide a range of services inclusive of primary care behavioral health, crisis management, mental health assessment, counseling services, and coordination of care to patients as part of the integrated health team.
