Job Description We are seeking an LCSW/LICSW to lead the development of a new program in alignment with MassHealth guidelines. Will be working with vulnerable patients affected by homelessness. This role will finalize operational frameworks, policies, and procedures, with potential to move into a director role within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
Finalize operational structure and ensure compliance with MassHealth regulations.
Create policies for intake, service planning, needs assessment, case management, and crisis intervention.
Develop program operations and workflows for MassHealth reporting.
Provide clinical support for MassHealth billing processes.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.
Active Massachusetts LCSW or LICSW license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MassHealth-funded programs and CSP regulations.
Experience in homelessness prevention programs or with vulnerable populations.
Administrative or operational experience in human services/behavioral health.
