Licensed Clinical Director

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Director with an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) background to join our team! You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading our clinical staff and ensuring exceptional care in our state-of-the-art, physician-owned facility.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring smooth surgical procedures across various specialties.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Manage the day-to-day clinical activities with a focus on teamwork, communication, and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and uphold our center's accreditation standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Required: Experience working in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), Missouri RN License, & proven experience at a manager/leadership level!
• High energy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and loyalty.
• A "patient-first" mentality, with a dedication to providing the highest level of care.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Position Details:

• Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
• Schedule: Primarily 8 AM - 5 PM weekdays, with occasional later evenings as needed
• No holidays, weekends, or on-call hours.
• Onsite in Creve Couer, MO
