Job description

Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a track record of getting things done and ensuring smooth operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lead Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all rooms and ensure adequate stocking.
  • Manage the ordering and supply of medications and medical supplies.
  • Prioritize urgent needs and ensure timely order placements.
  • Take responsibility for inventory management, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Process HMO authorizations, ensuring a smooth and timely approval process.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Work closely with Julie to identify and address back-office needs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities while maintaining a humble approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Medical Assistant (MA) Diploma.
  2. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare office setting.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in managing inventory.

Schedule/Shift:

  • Irvine
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Pay

  • Up to 27 per hour
