LCSW / LCPC

We are seeking a licensed social worker to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents with behavorial/mental health condtitons. This role will collaborate with a team of highly trained professionals on an as-needed basis to support our patients! We want patients to gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of their life.

Some job responsibilities will include...

• Mental health program (Outpatient mental health)
• Will be assigned a caseload of clients - Most clients are on weekly sessions
• Front desk handles the scheduling and the therapists just need to share their availability
• Walk ins and referrals
• Daily: Would like for at least 5-6 sessions a day (Allows a few hours for documentation)
• Sessions are 45 minutes
• Behavioral Health (All the diagnosises - depression, bi-polar, substance use, etc.)
• Assessments, identifying barriers, social factors and goals
• Recommand medications/treatments
• Crisis interventions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Most patients are MD Medicaid - do accept private insurance for walk INS (75% is Medicaid patients), Accept Medicare as well

Population:

• Patients with a behavorial health, health condition
• Total caseload (25-30) patients
• 5-6 patients a day

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

9:00am-6:00pm
