Intake Specialist Schedule:

Intake Specialists work

• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no weekends or evenings) Fully Remote
• Onsite Availbility if located nearby in our beautiful office in Manhattan, NYC
• In a collbaorative environment with leadership, intake specialists and care managers

Job Duties:

Intake Specialists on our team are primarily focused on the following areas of adminitrative needs but not limited to:

1. Patient Admission Process:

2. Medicaire Eligibility

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

4. Verification of Insurance and Eligibility:

5. Internal Communication, Enrollment and High Volume outbound calls:

6. Coordination with Field Staff:

7. Scheduling:

Qualifications:

1. Korean Bilingual
2. 2-3+ years experience in healthcare and customer service roles with preference to home health and intake experience
3. Covid 19 vaccination proof
4. High school diploma/equivalent
