Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

As an Insurance Follow Up Representative, you will...

• Working denied claims through to resolution .
• Working with payors (e.g., making calls) to determine denial problems and solving those problems to get payment via appeal and rebilling.
• Ability to correct claims and rebill, and/or billing to the next payor in sequence.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicaid and Managed Medicaid experience.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR '' (electronic medical record system), WayStar Claims Management System, computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Work Environment: This position operates at a HYBRID capacity, 2-3x per week onsite and 2-3x per week working remotely - with equipment provided. Employees MUST have stable and reliable wifi, in addition to a professional setup (at home) working environment in compliance with HIPAA and no distractions. Employees must reside in the State of Arizona - PHX Metro.
