Job description
Hybrid Opportunity! Full time Insurance Follow Up Representative in for a clinic in Milwaukee.
Day to day: Going through work queues to denied claims and writing in the codes, checking for accuracy and submitting back into the portal - works with both commercial and government insurances
Metrics: Getting through ques in adequate amount of time
Dress code: Business casual, Jeans OK
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- 1 year Epic experience
- Strong AR skills and experience -> 2 years
- Working with government and commercial insurance
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous FQHC experience
Schedule/Shift
- Hybrid: 3 days on site 2 days remote
- M-F 8 - 430
- Set on site schedule --> may need to go in if someone is out --> 2 billers and one manager need to be in
