Medix is excited to partner with a leading hospital system in the Memorial City area to hire Insurance Follow-Up Representatives for their collections team. Responsibilities:

• Timely collection of government (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial account receivables.
• Read and understand Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and identify reasons for claim denial.
• Resolve accounts by addressing any issues or denials.
• Review accounts and seek clarification on how to resolve them effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in healthcare billing/collections (government & commercial payers).
• Strong Epic experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
