We are currently hiring for passionate, customer-centric individuals who have an interest in becoming a Licensed Insurance Agent to support this upcoming Open Enrollment season! Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

As an Insurance Agent, you will...

  • Go above and beyond to provide the member or provider with a simple and seamless experience.
  • Courteously respond to member and provider inquiries via inbound call or email.
  • Proactively serve members through outbound emails and calls.
  • Determine the best way to resolve member and provider inquiries by asking probing questions and making appropriate recommendations based on health insurance product path and program.
  • Correctly communicate claims and benefits information using designated internal platform(s) to further assist with caller's inquiries.
  • Demonstrate empathy and active listening in each interaction with the caller.
  • Accurately document all interactions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with additional third-party entities, navigators/brokers, and internal departments to assist with caller's needs.
  • ·Be able and willing to maintain a highly structured work schedule. Overtime hours, including early morning, evening or weekend time may be required during peak season November - March.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Gravie CARE (Compassion, Advocacy, Resolution, Education) service model and the Gravie company-wide core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome-oriented.

Training Expectations

  • We will assist with the application and premium payment inquiries to obtain your insurance producer license in order to assist consumers with insurance enrollment!
  • 8-week onsite training is required, then once employees meet Work From Home requirements they are able to transition to a Hybrid model (come to the Bloomington office as needed).
  • Training will consist of a nesting period, getting your feet wet, learning the ins/outs of health plan products, and how the insurance enrollment process works.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: Call Center technology/processes, Insurance Portals, and Microsoft Applications computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Schedule:

  • Training Hours = M-F, 8am-4:30pm
  • Post-Training Shifts = 7am or 10am start time (8-hour shift), M-F
