Medix is hiring an Inpatient Hospitality Coordinator for a temp to hire position within a hospital in Philadelphia, PA! Night shift paying $17/hr and benefits!

Inpatient Hospitality Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must be able to work evening / night shift (Must be avilable for training on day shift)
• High School Diploma / GED
• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Covid vaccination required, no exemptions

Inpatient Hospitality Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison for patients and families in their assigned area.
• Promote a gracious welcome, willingness to problem solve and assist families, as well as ensure that all families feel welcome, cared for, and valued.
• Proactively engage patient families to ensure that families are aware of hospital information, technology, and resources available to them, as well as support them in leveraging those resources.
• Establish meaningful relationships with patients, families, and staff and work collaboratively to ensure that experience is optimized.
