Title: Injection LPN

Position Summary: We're looking for a compassionate, detail-driven professional with experience in high-quality patient care, including EPIC usage. Skilled in administering injections and performing accurate blood pressure checks, you'll play a vital role in patient care. Make a meaningful impact in a dynamic clinical setting!

Day to Day:

• Escorting patients to exam rooms and accurately documenting vital information such as height, weight, blood pressure, and injection site.
  Assisting in the preparation and administration of COVID-19/flu vaccines, allergy injections, testosterone injections, B12 shots, and antipsychotic injections as instructed by a clinician, RN, or standing orders.
  Performing patient assessments and supporting clinical procedures, ensuring accurate injection techniques and patient monitoring.
  Educating patients on the benefits, risks, and aftercare of each injection, addressing any concerns or questions.
  Ensuring all necessary steps in the rooming process are completed, including medication reconciliation, reviewing allergies, managing immunization records, and updating injection schedules.
  Staying informed of and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards to ensure compliance in medication administration.

Qualifications:

• LPN in MN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or Red Cross
