ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our client is a large healthcare system with 20+ hospitals and 30,000+ employees. They have grown significantly over the last few years through acquiring smaller hospitals.

They are currently partnering with Medix to hire an Infor Lawson Functional Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing product expertise across Infor Lawson Financials and MSCM, helping to integrate some of the newly acquired hospitals and clinics into the enterprise workflow and build of the Lawson ERP platform.

We are seeking individuals who have 5+ years of functional analysis on Infor Lawson, and who can help make design recommendations and advise on capabilities and features. This role will be guiding the configuration and standing up of the newly acquired organizations in the existing Infor Lawson FSM platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in a Functional Analyst capacity for Infor Lawson Financials and Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM 10.0.10)
• Consulting with business stakeholders in the Accounting Department to help define and build the specifications for rolling out the existing Lawson environment to these newly acquired hospitals
• Assisting in business case development and cost/benefit analysis for the request
• Reviewing business processes and recommending improvements
• Creating business requirements documents, use cases and proposals for system enhancements
• Working with the development team to create the system enhancements.
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all changes are valid in a production setting
• Creating user-guide and procedural documentation to aid in the use of the Lawson system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Bachelor Degree (4-year College Degree)
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience
• Minimum 3 years with Infor Lawson Financials & Mobile Supply Chain (MSCM)
• Willing to work EST hours
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
