Job Title: HYBRID Pre-Registration Representative (Boston, MA)

Client Location: Brookline, MA

Work Location: Remote with 1-2 days monthly onsite requirement

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

The Pre-Registration Clerk will be answering calls from patients, collecting data and demographics as needed, scheduling appointments for patients to meet with the financial services team and verifying insurance. They will typically handle 30-40 calls per day.

Training: 20 hours of EPIC modules and then shadowing with the team lead. Equipment will be provided.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1+ year of healthcare registration or insurance verification experience
• Compassion
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work remotely

Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
