What You'll Do:

• Recruit & Hire: Collaborate with managers to attract top talent and facilitate smooth hiring processes.
• Employee Engagement: Conduct orientations, recognize achievements, and be a trusted advocate for our team members.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure we meet all regulatory requirements while keeping our policies up-to-date.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and analyze turnover data to enhance our strategies.
• Support & Communication: Handle inquiries, assist with benefits administration, and contribute to our employee handbook.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, preferably in healthcare.
• Education: High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively engage with our diverse workforce.
• Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing needs.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM Onsite in Fort Myers

Pay: 24-26 hourly
