Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a HR Administrator you will…

  • Using myHR system to organize new hires, move positions around with open reqs, close out placements upon terminations
  • Troubleshoot payroll
  • Process I9s and Onboarding
  • Create Reports for senior HR leadership
  • Handle high volume of emails

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Experience working with an HRIS (they use myHR)

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR (electronic medical record system), Microsoft Excel computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Work Environment: This position is going to be HYBRID.
