Growing Non-Profit serving the homeless population is hiring for people who want to help individuals experiencing homlessness, and support them through thier transition into stable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management & Client Support: Provide individualized support to clients by developing and managing personalized case plans focused on housing stability, mental health, healthcare, employment, and social services.

• Resource Navigation: Assist clients in accessing available community resources, housing programs, and social services. Help individuals navigate complex systems to meet their needs.

• Crisis Intervention: Offer emotional support, conduct crisis interventions, and provide ongoing assistance to clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges related to homelessness.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, healthcare providers, and housing specialists to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs within the agency and with external organizations, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on client progress, service delivery, and outcomes. Prepare reports in compliance with funding requirements and program policies.

• Policy & Social Justice Advocacy: Actively contribute to initiatives that promote racial and social justice within the organization, and assist in advocacy efforts to influence homelessness-related policies at the local, state, and national levels.

Education: All levels of education welcome

Experience: 2 years of healthcare or working with vulnerable populations

Shifts available:

• Tues-Sat, 7a-3:30p
• Tues-Sat, 3p-11:30p
• Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5p

Pay: $23-27/hr
