Pharmacy Technician opportunities in various locations!

Overview:

• Assisting the pharmacist(s) in providing pharmaceutical care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly.
• Learning to identify and understand the variable dosage requirements of different age groups. You'll be encouraged to consult with the pharmacist if questions / concerns arise.
• Assisting with inventory management functions involving receiving and stocking drug shipments as well as computer system inventory maintenance.
• Receiving all products into the warehouse, verifying packing slips to the corresponding shipment and reporting any discrepancies to Regional Purchasing.
• Monitoring and ensuring effective product/drug recall and removal of outdated or unwanted inventory.
  Tracking and reporting waste/consumables with appropriate staff.

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

State Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPht), Obtain National Cert within a year (CPht)

Schedule/Shift

Four shifts available:

7:00am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

9:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

10:00am-6:30pm Monday - Friday

12:00pm-8:30pm (1 week rotations, rotate through each shift), Weekend Rotation Sat/Sun 9:00am-5:00pm (every 4 weeks)

Pay Rate:

25.50 - 32$/hour
