Medix is hiring a Healthcare Call Center Representative based out of New York, NY to assist with patient questions, updating information in EMR systems, and answer insurance inquires. Qualified candidates will have healthcare experience and be comfortable on the phones, working with computer systems, and working in a metric based environment. This role does allow for remote work, but candidates must be able to report to the New York city office as needed.
Overview:
This position will be a primarily remote Medical Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be answering patient calls, updating information in the system, and providing assistance to patients as needed. This is a call- center type position and individuals will be required to hit company metric standards.
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position.
