Requirements

Summary: The Associate Project Director will manage clinical, administrative, data, and analytical staff. The employee will be required to meet and maintain contractual obligations and project deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

As an Associate Project Director, you will...

  • Serve as a SME in quality management, PDSA's (plan-do-study-acts), and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Utilize a data-driven approach for technical assistance to assigned clients.
  • Manage relationships between the organization, stakeholders and client representatives.
  • Identify practices with proven successful implementations to drive improvement.
  • Quality improvement and design techniques.
  • Review and analyze data from various sources to make recommendations.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Master's Degree - Healthcare Related
  • Experience in Leading "National, High Profile Healthcare Projects"

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: healthcare software programs, (electronic medical record system), computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Pay: $111,500-$125,500 annual salary
