Healthcare Admin Positions Available (Openings in: Fall River, Dartmouth and New Bedford)

Overview:

• We are excited to announce multiple healthcare admin positions including: Patient Access Representative, Intake Specialist and Centralized Scheduler Positions!

Responsbilities:

• Patient Acces Reps: Check ins, check outs, transferring phone calls, answering patients questions

• Centralized Scheduler: Scheduling patients, Completing registration, Work ques, lots of interaction with patients in person and over the phone. Very busy clinics with a fast passed and dynamic setting.

• Intake Specialist: Determine patient liability prior to service by creating an estimate based on individual payer, notifies patient of their potential liability in accordance with the Federal and State regulations. Initiate contact with patients, clinicians, and third party payers to obtain pre-certification and authorization for evaluations and diagnostic tests.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare experience is required

• EMR experience (preferably with EPIC) is highly desirable

• Experience in a fast paced environment/high volume call center

• For the Intake Specialist position: 3 Years Medical office experience, Experience in obtaining and processing insurance referrals and authorizations

• For the Centralized Scheduler positoin: Previous scheduling experience, 2+ Years of experience in Medical Office Work, EMR Experience is HIGHLY Preferred

Schedule/Shift:

• Patient Access Reps: 40 hour and 32 hour shift schedules available - 2nd shifts

• Intake Specialist: M-F 8-4:30

• Centralized Scheduler: M-F 8-4:30

Pay Rate:

$16.30 - $26.50/hour (depending on years of experience can be some flexibility)

Openings in Fall River, MA, Dartmouth, MA and New Bedford, MA
