About Our Client: Our client is a leading clinical research site network dedicated to advancing medical research and patient care. With a focus on Cardiovascular, Metabolic, GI, Gen Med, and CNS therapeutic areas, they are committed to fostering meaningful partnerships and driving innovation in healthcare.

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Growth and Strategic Partnerships to expand their network and strengthen existing clinic partnerships. This role will involve active travel throughout the Northeast, focusing on New Jersey and southern New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies within pre-established clinic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Principal Investigators (PIs) and clinic leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on site selection and engagement of new sites within the network.
  • Travel to visit existing clinical research sites and new, potential sites - connecting with local staff and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective PIs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the clinical research or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business relationships and driving growth initiatives.
  • Strong network and relationships within New Jersey and southern New York healthcare communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

  • Base salary between $150,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Variable compensation including performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
