Position Title: Front Office Medical Assistant
Employment Type: Part-Time (3-4 days per week) with potential for Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office Medical Assistant (MA) to support our team in a clinical setting. This role involves a variety of front office responsibilities with opportunities to assist in the back office as needed. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive patient experience and enhance office efficiency.

• Perform front office duties including patient check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Communicate effectively with patients via phone and in person, addressing inquiries and providing information.
• Conduct insurance verification for patients as required.
• Support back office tasks as needed, facilitating a smooth operational workflow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical setting.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in radiology or oncology is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.

• Part-Time position, 3-4 days per week.
• Preferred availability on Monday, Thursday, and Friday; flexible arrangements may be considered.
• Standard working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
