Front Office Coordinator

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include handling patient check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and assisting with general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary copayments.
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Assist with prescription refills, messages, and patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless office workflow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
