Hiring Front Office Assistant in Laguna Hills with a great healthcare organization!

What we need to move forward with position

• 2 References from Supervisors or Managers need to completed, documented to be sent to client
• Interview with client will be on site
• Dress code- scrubs
• Contract to hire

Location: Laguna Woods, CA 92637

Pay: $20-23 DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Need to have a great disposition
• Need to have great customer service skills
• They will be verifying that the patients registered through Phreesia
• Phreesia is an online portal that patients will be registering through with ALL information before their visit
• If a patient's info is not all entered into Phresia before their visit, they will give the patient a tablet to enter the rest of the data
• Looking for a great patient facing, detail oriented professional!
• Need to be proactive and be willing to help where needed
• Will be seeing 350-400 patients a day
