Job description

Medix is looking to hire a Spanish bilingual Front Desk (Customer Service Support Representative) to join a private, nonprofit child care and child development corporation in Los Angeles, 90056.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to support internal and external clients.
  • Greet clients, explaining the program requirements, and creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for visitors.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate personnel, provide information about the organization's events and distribute paperwork as needed.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume and incoming traffic.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements / Experience

  • High School graduate or equivalent G.E.D. is required; some college preferred.
  • Two to three years customer service experience required, with experience working in a call center environment preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively with diverse groups of people is a must.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

Duration:

  • 6 month assignment

Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday 8:00 -5:00 pm

Pay rate:

$18/hr
