Job description
Day to Day Activities:
- Patient greetings, check in and check out.
- Patient confirmation calls
- Prepping charts, scheduling patient visits
- Inventory supply ordering for the office
- Calendar management, scheduling of Corporate Client visits
- Taking meeting minutes
- Coordinating community outreach events, company functions
- Coordinating appointments and setting up new protocols
- Preparing presentations and reports for Management
Must Haves:
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Associates Degree
- Healthcare Experiene
Hours:
- M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM (On-site)
