Medical Receptionist (Healthcare Patient Coordinator / Medical Office Secretary)
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing great customer service in person and over the phone by providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performing patient registration, including going bedside and behind the desk admitting
- Performing insurance verifications and data entry (demographic information)
- Obtaining the collection of co-pays and necessary signatures
Successful candidates for the Medical Receptionist role must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced medical office.
Additional requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist / secretary role, preferred

Hours
- M,W,F 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Tu, TH 8:00am to 4:30, or evening shift 10:00am to 7:30pm(work 5 to 6 evening shifts per month)
- Must work one saturday a month
