Front Desk Administrator

Growing Healthcare Organization is now hiring for front desk. This position is working for a busy Primary Care Clinic in Santa Monica, CA.

Position: Patient Care Representative

Location: Santa Monica, CA (onsite)

Pay: $20-24/hr

Must have 1 year of Healthcare front desk or administrative or customer service experience

• Job Duties:
  • LOTS of phone's
  • check in/check out
  • routing messages
  • prescription refills
  • scheduling appointments
  • collecting copays
  • EMR experience. preferably epic
  • verifying insurances
  • working with patients charts

Schedule: M-F 8a-5pm
