Floor Tech - Environmental Services Technician

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and focused housekeeper with floor care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) machines, although this is not a requirement-prior experience with AMR systems would be a significant asset.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Friday to Monday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Position: Housekeeper with Floor Care Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment as part of a pilot project for an advanced cleaning system.
• Focus on performing tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned.
• Work closely with project leads, Steve and [Your Name], to meet cleaning requirements and follow detailed task instructions for each shift.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt as needed while working with new and evolving equipment.
• Monitor the progress and performance of assigned tasks, as the machine tracks all work completed.

Qualifications:

• Previous floor care experience, especially with AMR machines (preferred but not required).
• Ability to stay on task and meet performance goals with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during your shift.
