Responsibilities:

• Contributes positively to a team of other staff and providers
• Triages patients by taking vital signs and taking a medication history
• Calls in prescriptions
• Takes phone notes and returns phone calls for questions regarding all aspects of the medical practice
• Administers IM injections
• Phlebotomy, including prepping and ordering blood tests, for adults and children
• Patient education
• Must type well and be comfortable with Word and Excel
• Must have excellent communication (both oral and written) skills and math skills
• Schedules appointments for new and established patients
• Schedules referred patients and radiographic procedures
• Responds to emails
• Helps with the flow of patients into the clinic
• Handles correspondence to and from other physicians
• Must multi-task, be flexible, and show initiative
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize workload

Pay Range:

$18-21 (*based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:00pm

Location:

This position will require traveling to Franklin twice a week.
