Job description

Responsibilities include: Contacting patients regarding self-pay and out of network status or providing estimated out of pocket responsibility for in network patients.

Medical Records Management: Accurately document patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) as required.

Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, while handling patient information and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

Collaborative Communication: Maintain effective communication with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and ancillary departments to ensure the seamless flow of patient information.
