Work Location: Fully remote - working PST hours

ABOUT OUR CLIENT - ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a non-for-profit health insurance organization that covers more than 500,000 people and 4000 small businesses on the West Coast (PST work hours). They currently have medical claims information residing in multiple on-prem sources, and they are looking to migrate that data & those accounts to a single platform, standardizing access management across the enterprise.

At a high level, this person will be responsible for communicating with the stakeholders to capture/document the requirements for account access, and will then be migrating and setting up accounts in the new system, testing and validating to ensure things work, and troubleshooting any operational issues that arise once the change is made.

The tool set includes Microsoft, Microsoft / Office 365, Entra, Windows Server, FTP/SFTP, File Transfer, Access Management, and HIPAA / PII related data.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working on a broader healthcare claims system migration / consolidation project - as a specific focus for secure file transfer, system account management, access provisioning and file security during migration.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to capture the nuance of their account access information - and clearly documenting
  • Working with Globalscape EFT (or similar SSH/SFTP migration tools) for secure file transfers of HIPAA / PII data from one system to another
  • Setting up, testing and validating the account settings and access to files in the new consolidated system.
  • Provisioning account access and credentials
  • Troubleshooting account access - such as inaccurate account information, IP Addressing issues, SSH and encryption key issues and more
  • Experience with automated access provisioning through tools like Okta, Courion or Sailpoint would be highly preferred, but is not mandatory

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required 7+ years of professional experience
  • Willing to work PST hours
  • Windows Server / Microsoft 365 / Entra ID experience
  • Prior Healthcare Claims / HIPAA / PII data experience
  • Experience with GlobalScape, or a similar SFTP / ETP File Transfer product
  • Strong Identity Access Management and Account Provisioning experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to independently lead the technical workstreams of this project
