    Salary: $110-$130k


    Job Summary:

    As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) you will function as a licensed independent practitioner, responsible for assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, and diagnosing and treating medical conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including patient education and preventive health strategies.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed and accurate patient histories and physical examinations.
    • Review patient records for accuracy and order appropriate diagnostic studies.
    • Perform screening evaluations and prescribe appropriate treatments for adults and/or children.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members and make referrals as needed.
    • Make medical diagnoses and initiate therapy or refer patients to the appropriate health care facilities or specialists.
    • Administer emergency treatments such as cardiac arrest stabilization.
    • Interpret patient data and develop management and treatment plans.
    • Provide patient education on preventive care and disease management.
    • Maintain quality care standards and meet company productivity metrics.

    General Duties:

    • Follow established safety and infection control procedures.
    • Comply with standards of conduct and the Corporate Responsibility Program.
    • Participate in interdepartmental committees and initiatives.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication with both internal and external contacts.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Family Nurse Practitioner (F-NP) License in the state of Maryland.
    • 1-3 years of experience in family medicine is highly preferred.
    • Strong commitment to timely follow-up on patient care (within 24-48 hours).
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
    • Ability to independently perform medical procedures and make informed decisions.

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Wednesday; Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
