Job description

This is a 4-6 week contract role in Harleysville, PA, fully onsite. We are looking for a go-getter who is tech-savvy and eager to take on new challenges. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to management, performing advanced and confidential duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. The role involves making independent decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

What You'll Do Here

  • Support the General Manager in related business needs and occasionally assist senior-level leadership.
  • Assist the General Manager with community outreach to local businesses, agencies, and organizations.
  • Help the Senior Management Committee facilitate and present materials for company meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information with both internal and external contacts, including preparing meeting minutes, notes, letters, emails, and files.
  • Monitor incoming communications via phone and email, assign actions, and ensure appropriate and timely follow-up.
  • Assist with meeting and event planning, including leadership meetings, client visits, lunches/dinners, executive visits, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Help prepare business presentations (slides and hand-outs).
  • Gather and compile data to generate various reports.
  • Meet deadlines as assigned, handle multiple priorities and complex tasks on a routine basis, and track and help drive the completion of key deliverables.
  • Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Assist with the development, execution, and monitoring of special projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • English proficiency.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Capability to manage change and work independently with minimal guidelines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new projects.
  • A positive attitude toward work and co-workers.
  • Comfort with communicating across all levels of management and employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues as they arise.
