Job description

Overview:

Create minutes for Board of Directors Committees meetings every other month and assist in preparing Board of Directors meeting materials.
Senior Administrative Assistant assists Executive Administrative Assistant with workflow for executive team calendaring, travel and meeting coordination, including meeting minutes and agendas.
Provide administrative support services to the President, COO, and Vice President's with a minimum of supervision and a high level of responsibility.
a. Maintain President's calendar by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

b. Handle travel arrangements for all executive team members including air, ground transportation, hotel reservations, and preparation of itineraries.

c. Maintain and implement follow-up mechanisms for assignments made by President.

d. Maintain administrative files and other documentation and retrieval mechanisms of these materials.

e. Process expense and mileage reimbursements for executive team members as requested.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
  • 10 plus years of executive administrative experience supporting senior management level, corporate, health and/or non-profit background desired.
  • Professional administrative skills of typing (60 wpm). Proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Minimum of five year of experience with minute taking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • High school graduate or GED. Bachelors degree in business preferred.
Schedule/Shift:

Standard Business Hours Mon-Fri but must be willing to work some nights/weekends as needed.

Pay:

$33.50-$40.50/hr
