Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: $28-32/hr
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible; EPIC training days require an 8 AM start - non-negotiable)

About the Role:
Seeking two skilled Epic PB Analysts to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a background in physician billing and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis on denials with a focus on identifying trends, root causes, and potential solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and support partners to investigate accreditation denials, generate reports, and provide insightful summaries.

  • Use Excel (including pivot tables) to track and analyze data.

  • Handle ad hoc billing-related tasks, including corrections for certain facilities.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage a substantial workload.

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to differentiate causes by specialty (e.g., OB-GYN, Pediatrics).

  • Findings will be relayed to internal teams for process improvement implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic PB experience with a strong background in denial management and analysis.

  • Previous experience in a large multispecialty group or hospital setting.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Experience with PB revenue cycle processes is essential.
