Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN to join our team at the onsite clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience in EMS, ER, or urgent care settings and be capable of working independently. Responsibilities include treating work-related injuries, conducting hearing tests, performing floor walks, and managing administrative duties. Strong computer skills and a customer service mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care for work-related injuries.
  • Conduct hearing tests.
  • Perform regular floor walks to ensure safety compliance.
  • Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and management.

Required Qualifications:

  • EMS, ER, or urgent care experience.

Soft Skill/Attribute Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

A typical day

  • Participate in daily operations at the on-site clinic
  • Provide superior customer service to client and employees
  • Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to protocols
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
  • Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
  • Case Management
  • Medical charting

Schedule/Shift: Wednesday - Saturday

  • Wednesday: 8am-6pm
  • Thursday-Saturday: 11am-9pm
