Job description

Position: Electrical Mechanical Service Technician (EMST)

Role Overview:
Join our team as an Electrical Mechanical Service Technician (EMST), where you'll assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical components for power generation products. Balance quality workmanship with production goals to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret electrical schematics to assemble and support mechanical assembly.
  • Build components such as junction boxes, motors, PLCs, and more using hand/power tools.
  • Perform end-of-line testing, troubleshoot diagnostic codes, and conduct necessary repairs.
  • Document testing and quality metrics; report defective materials.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed, including proper use of PPE and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of NEC and experience with electrical systems (120-480 volts).
  • Success in electrical assembly, industrial panel building, or similar.

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin

Employment Type: 3 month contract to hire (full training provided)

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday 5AM - 3:30PM

1st Shift Pay: Pay depends on experience.

  • Electrical Technician 1: 23/hr
  • Electrical Technician 2: 24/hr
  • Electrical Technician 3: 26/hr
  • Electrical Technician 4: 28/hr
