Monday - Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM

Pay: $25/HR - $28/HR

Duration: Direct Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
• Good mechanical skills and manual dexterity (able to stand for long periods)
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies
• Capable of following standard work procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to drawings and instructions
• Operate machines and tools safely
• Perform assembly tasks using hand or power tools
• Use equipment necessary for job performance
• Adhere strictly to standard work procedures
• Follow workplace safety guidelines
• Assist team members in other areas as needed to meet daily production targets
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned
