Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Description: We are seeking energetic Physical Therapists to join our dynamic therapy team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care 100% of the time, administering necessary physical therapy treatments based on a comprehensive evaluation process. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing further disability for patients with various injuries or dysfunctions in the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, central nervous, cardiovascular, and integumentary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the appropriate course of care for each patient, including follow-up treatments.
• Administer and monitor physical therapy treatments aimed at decreasing pain, increasing range of motion and strength, and promoting function.
• Document tests, measurements, treatments, responses, progress, and outcomes in patient charts in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Select appropriate CPT codes and submit billing charges consistent with the level of care provided.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards as set by the therapy practice.
• Assess the effects of treatments regularly, adjusting as necessary to achieve maximum benefit.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited PT program.
• State Licensure in Virginia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership aspirations or previous experience as a working manager is a plus.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• Two late days a week from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (most likely Tuesday/Thursday, but subject to change based on need).

Compensation:

• Salary range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually.
