Job description

Duration: Contract-to-hire/permanent

Location: Watsonville, CA

Pay Range: $60 - 62/hour

Work Schedule:

  • Schedule Type: Alternate Work Week
  • Shift Length: 12 hours
  • Days per Week: 3 days
  • Straight Time: For the first 12 hours
  • Overtime: Double time for hours beyond 12 hours

Standard Shift Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:15 AM - 7:45 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 5:45 AM - 5:30 PM (alternate Saturdays available if preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to both in-center and home dialysis patients.
  • Manage the Plan of Care, including monitoring, administering, and documenting medication.
  • Supervise patient care technicians, including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians (CCHTs) and those in training.
  • Communicate effectively with patients' nephrologists and other healthcare providers (e.g., SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as necessary.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Inter-Disciplinary Team, including Social Workers.
  • Uphold and support company values in all interactions, demonstrating respect for patients and teammates.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; seek clarification when needed.

Requirements:

  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Ability to work onsite in Watsonville, CA.
