Job description
Duration: Contract-to-hire/permanent
Location: Watsonville, CA
Pay Range: $60 - 62/hour
Work Schedule:
- Schedule Type: Alternate Work Week
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Days per Week: 3 days
- Straight Time: For the first 12 hours
- Overtime: Double time for hours beyond 12 hours
Standard Shift Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:15 AM - 7:45 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 5:45 AM - 5:30 PM (alternate Saturdays available if preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to both in-center and home dialysis patients.
- Manage the Plan of Care, including monitoring, administering, and documenting medication.
- Supervise patient care technicians, including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians (CCHTs) and those in training.
- Communicate effectively with patients' nephrologists and other healthcare providers (e.g., SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as necessary.
- Collaborate regularly with the Inter-Disciplinary Team, including Social Workers.
- Uphold and support company values in all interactions, demonstrating respect for patients and teammates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; seek clarification when needed.
Requirements:
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Ability to work onsite in Watsonville, CA.
