Boston, MA

3 Month Contract

One of Medix's best clients is one of the largest healthcare systems across the country! This healthcare system is looking to add an experienced Help Desk Analyst to their team due to growth within the organization. This individual will be responsible for working on-site, supporting end users that are working both on-site and remotely. This individual will take incoming tickets providing tier 1 and tier 2 technical support.

Responsibles for the role:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Experience supporting incoming requests through a ticketing system
  • Managing Active Directory by resetting passwords and granting user access
  • Supporting end users working on-site and remotely on technical issues
  • Answering incoming requests through ticketing system, phone calls, email, and providing remote support
  • Work in a high-call volume environment while practicing strong communication and documentation skills (60-100 calls/day)
  • Will be responsible for weekly/monthly KPIs or metrics in this role
  • Assist with Field Technician team to provide extra support if needed

Requirements to apply for the role:

  • Previous experience working in a help desk setting supporting end users with password resets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing remote support, etc
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Prior experience working in a metrics driven environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues or printer connectivity issues
  • Minimum of 1 of experience working in a help desk/technical support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
