Dental Front Desk
Job description
- Hiring for 1 Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join their Kent location
- Responsible for managing incoming/outgoing calls- May have to transfer when appropriate, confirm appointments, answering general questions, calling on prior auths, etc. Will log each telephone encounter
- Patient check-in: Obtain demographics, ID, insurance (and entering this into the system), collect copays, new patient ppw & patient registrations, scanning documents in, etc.
- Will be responsible for patient check-out, scheduling any follow up appointments necessary & assisting with the applications for enrolling in the financial assistance
- Can expect 20-30 patients/day to start, will ramp up to 30-35
- Looking for 1 year in a Dental office setting
