Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our new West Market location. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation as we launch this new site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including transferring calls, confirming appointments, answering general inquiries, and handling prior authorizations.
• Log each telephone encounter for accurate record-keeping.
• Handle patient check-in processes, including obtaining and entering demographic information, ID, and insurance details into our system, as well as collecting copays.
• Assist with new patient paperwork and patient registrations, and scan necessary documents.
• Oversee patient check-out, including scheduling follow-up appointments and assisting with financial assistance applications.
• Manage an expected patient volume of 20-30 per day, ramping up to 30-35 as the site grows.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental practice is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures and patient management systems is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.50
• Billable Rate: $30.89 - $34.90
